Get your group of friends/family together for your very own workout class! Great for bachelorette parties, wedding parties, birthdays and more. We can set up an after workout snack corner designed for the group. From CBD (or non CBD) Coffee, Mimosas, Tea, Fruit, and other snacks of your choosing.
This is a wonderful mix of spin and yoga in one 90 min class. You will have a 30 min spin class to get your heart rate up, then flow into a yoga session for 60 minutes. You get to ride out all your built up energy in order to relax into your yoga poses.
